Gas leakage in refinery lines increases the risk of accidents in these environments. Due to the linearity of the gas pipelines, safety monitoring and control and awareness of the occurrence of leaks in these lines can be identified by using thermal cameras and detecting turbulence in the airflow around the source of the leak.
